2. Personal data collecting, processing and data retention

Personal data (Name, E-Mail-Address, Phone or Fax number) is only collected when you provide us with it in the course of registration, filling out forms, sending e-mails, ordering products and services, inquiring or requesting material and information.

Your personal data remains with our company, our affiliates, and our provider and will not be made available to third parties in any form by us or by persons instructed by us. The personal data that we do collect will only be used in order to perform our duties to you and for any other purpose only when you have given specific consent. You can adjust your consent for the use of your personal data at any time with an email to the effect that you revoke your consent in the future to either the email address listed in the imprint or to the data protection representative (see contact above, paragraph 1).

On our corporate website, we only use cookies if they are required for an application or service which we provide. Willy Benecke uses products and services for analysis and marketing purposes, which are provided by Visable GmbH (www.visable.com) in cooperation with them. To that end, pixel-code technology and cookies are used to collect, process and store data in order to create at least pseudonymised, but where possible and meaningful, completely anonymous user profiles. Data collected, which may initially still include personal data, is transmitted to Visable or is collected directly by Visable and is used to create the aforementioned user profiles there. Visitors to this website are not personally identified and no other personal data is merged with the user profiles. If IP addresses are identified as personal, they are immediately deleted. Server log files

The website provider automatically collects and stores information that your browser automatically transmits to us in “server log files”. These are:

These data will not be combined with data from other sources.

The basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) DSGVO, which allows the processing of data to
fulfill a contract or for measures preliminary to a contract.

Contact form

In case you send us inquiries or questions via the contact form, we will collect the data entered on the form, including the contact details you provide, to answer your question and any follow-up questions. We do not share this information without your permission.

We will, therefore, process any data you enter onto the contact form only with your consent per Art. 6 (1)(a) DSGVO. You may revoke your consent at any time. An informal email making this request is sufficient. The data processed before we receive your request may still be legally processed.

We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer existing. 

Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.
